Delivery Information

Our aim is to deliver your new item/s as soon as possible so we offer a FREE same day local delivery service for all items in stock & a quick delivery service for any items not in stock.

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales given when you place your order, however we cannot always guarantee this. Some products for Northern Ireland customers may occasionally take longer due to the logistics of supply.

Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier and certain ranges of Mattresses & bedroom furniture will be delivered direct by the supplier.

All orders are delivered free, regardless of the number of items or total value. If your order is out of stock, we will call to arrange a suitable alternative day.

In order to keep costs down the courier service that we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments.

If you place an order for a 6' mattress on its own, would you please ensure that someone is available to help the driver unload the items at your house.

The couriers deliver between 8am and 5pm on specified days.
